Orlaith qualified from University College Dublin. She spent five years working in the U.K. in both first opinion and referral hospitals. Geriatric patients, Sighthounds and pain management are her main areas of interest. She also enjoys ultrasonography and dental procedures. Orlaith took over the role of Clinical Director in May 2022.

Orlaith has also trained in Western Veterinary Acupuncture and is delighted to offer pet acupuncture at Animal Care Vets.

Orlaith is Ireland’s first certified fear free vet and offers exceptional personalised care for her clients and patients.

Orlaith will be working closely with the team on medical cases and in tandem with our veterinary behaviourist on behaviour medications. Two vet super brains are better than one and we are absolutely thrilled to partner with such excellence in our industry!
